PIN Pad Groups

This section is only required when PIN pads are shared across multiple terminals. When a device is added directly to a terminal, a one to one assignment is automatically created, no further action is needed. You only need to use this section to manually assign terminals to a PIN pad if it is intended to be shared, in which case POS operators will be prompted to select the device when processing a payment.

Assigning PIN Pads to Terminals

The PIN Pad Groups grid is displayed with the following column:

Terminal | List of Available PIN Pads

Follow these steps to assign PIN pads to terminals:

1. For each Terminal add a tick to additional PIN Pads that can be shared

   By default the PIN Pad attached the to the terminal is automatically selected

2. Click Close
